If there was more stars available, I would rate this company and Ben even higher. The service I received from the very first email response was nothing short of incredible.
My younger sister and I have been struggling with someone close to us. We were not allowed entry to their residence. We have been in the situation before and we have leaned on our husband's and children to assist us in cleaning the residence to ensure our loved one had a healthier place to live. We have done this 3 times at a great blow to our emotional and mental health.
After many months of not being allowed in the residence and seeing the despair from the door , the landlord had given notice that the residence must be cleaned up or our family member faced eviction. There was no way that we could clean it again , nor would we allow our children to assist. I started to look up cleaning companies that could possibly assist and narrowed it down to 2. One being a company I was familiar with as my husband had hired them several times to assist a previous employer and a company that I had to do more research as I had never heard of them.
Although both companies responded very quickly and I was able to schedule a visit right away , the first impression I received from Ben absolutely blew me away from the moment he entered the residence.
The residence was truly something out of a horror movie. Definitely a hoarder situation. Ben did not fault did not show disgust, did not show signs of vomiting ( I was ) and more importantly he went above and beyond making our family member comfortable, important and above all, ensured her that she deserved to have a clean place to reside she was deserving of the best.
I had discussed my concerns regarding cost , and the fact that this was an extreme emergency. I received the quote the very next day, that was extremely fair and a start date that worked incredible for us and a completion date of 2 days!
Ben and 2 of his team members started on a Monday morning to clean a 2 bedroom apartment that was in such despair and completed the job late Tuesday afternoon. Again no judgment , no looks of disgust. Nothing but caring, professional service. When we returned with our family member on day 2 ...my sister and myself broke down in tears, the work that was done was overwhelming.
There are no real words to explain the work and compassion that Ben and his team provided our family.
Ben and his company will forever be highly recommended by my family. Caring professional and absolute angels among us.
