If there was more stars available, I would rate this company and Ben even higher. The service I received from the very first email response was nothing short of incredible.My younger sister and I have been struggling with someone close to us. We were not allowed entry to their residence. We have been in the situation before and we have leaned on our husband's and children to assist us in cleaning the residence to ensure our loved one had a healthier place to live. We have done this 3 times at a great blow to our emotional and mental health.After many months of not being allowed in the residence and seeing the despair from the door , the landlord had given notice that the residence must be cleaned up or our family member faced eviction. There was no way that we could clean it again , nor would we allow our children to assist. I started to look up cleaning companies that could possibly assist and narrowed it down to 2. One being a company I was familiar with as my husband had hired them several times to assist a previous employer and a company that I had to do more research as I had never heard of them.Although both companies responded very quickly and I was able to schedule a visit right away , the first impression I received from Ben absolutely blew me away from the moment he entered the residence.The residence was truly something out of a horror movie. Definitely a hoarder situation. Ben did not fault did not show disgust, did not show signs of vomiting ( I was ) and more importantly he went above and beyond making our family member comfortable, important and above all, ensured her that she deserved to have a clean place to reside she was deserving of the best.I had discussed my concerns regarding cost , and the fact that this was an extreme emergency. I received the quote the very next day, that was extremely fair and a start date that worked incredible for us and a completion date of 2 days!Ben and 2 of his team members started on a Monday morning to clean a 2 bedroom apartment that was in such despair and completed the job late Tuesday afternoon. Again no judgment , no looks of disgust. Nothing but caring, professional service. When we returned with our family member on day 2 ...my sister and myself broke down in tears, the work that was done was overwhelming.There are no real words to explain the work and compassion that Ben and his team provided our family.Ben and his company will forever be highly recommended by my family. Caring professional and absolute angels among us.
HES did a fantastic job of painting the interior of my house, including filling in cracks in the molding and crown molding even in the two storey entrance. They even came back to do some touch ups for defects that were found after they had finished. I couldn't recommend Hamilton Estate Services more.

We needed to clear out everything from my mom's house and get it ready for sale. Ben, from Hamilton Estate Services, required a simple walk through of the house and was able to provide a written quote for the work later that day. We then scheduled the work to happen in 3 weeks time. Hamilton Estate Services were there the day they stated they would be. Ben provided an update after every work day. That was great because you could see the progress. The final walk through after Hamilton Estate Services completed their work was just a formality as the pictures Ben had provided spoke volumes on the work they had accomplished.I had never required this type of cleaning to be done in the past, so, to cover my bases, I had sought out and received 4 quotes from various companies on doing the job. Ben from Hamilton Estate Services provides a timely service at a reasonable cost. From the time we called to the time the job was finished, was less than 2 weeks. Our house had been severely mistreated by a tenant. On top of this mistreatment, a cockroach infestation! Needlessly to say, the house was a dump and required exterminations. Working with Ben, he coordinated exceptionally with me in regards to when, post extermination, the clean could begin.Oh boy did they do a great job!!!The service included floors, windows, light fixtures, walls, every nook and cranny.Not a smudge or particle of dust was missed.Very diligent.With the strongest of recommendations, I would happily contract Hamilton Estate Services with the expectation of a thorough, well complete job.Thank you guys very much!!
Ben helped a relative out of a pickle she was in. Her apartment needed a huge declutter/dump run and some very deep cleaning. Ben's quote for the job was very reasonable considering how difficult the job turned out to be. He really takes pride in his work and is non judgmental. Ben and Hamilton Estate Services were amazing. I have some health issues that prevent me from doing a ton of cleaning at once. He cleaned our entire house from top to bottom. I don’t know where to begin as Ben goes above and beyond!! He has been an absolute lifesaver in helping me out with my Mother and her apartment. She is elderly and Ben has been incredibly patient and thoughtful in dealing with her and she absolutely adores him.
